Selection Process
Applications
The application period opens in April and closes at the end of May each year. All applicants must complete an online application form. The Selection Panel will consider candidates’ academic achievements, business experience, recommendation letter and personal qualities. The Selection Panel will invite shortlisted candidates to interview.

Candidates are selected based on meeting all criteria, scholastic achievement, business experience, demonstrated leadership interest in obtaining international experience and ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
Participant Requirements
Eligibility:
Undergraduate or postgraduate students and early career professionals
Age 21 and over
Permanent residents of Northern Ireland that hold a British or Irish passport – please note that permanent residents of Northern Ireland who also hold an American passport are not eligible for this program.
Requirements:
Secure a J-1 visa in order to participate and meet all visa requirements
Be willing to reside in the United States for the duration of their placement
Have 2.1 honors degree or above in Business, Finance, Maths or Science, Information Systems/Computer Science or a related discipline
